Health & Safety Commitment

At D.E. Systems, the health and safety of our staff, clients, and colleagues remains a top priority. While the immediate risks related to COVID-19 have decreased, we continue to maintain updated health and safety protocols in line with current public health guidelines and government regulations.

Key Measures in Place:

  • Hygiene Practices: All staff and visitors are expected to follow proper hand hygiene practices.
  • Masking: Masks may still be required in indoor spaces where physical distancing is not possible, depending on current risk levels and public health recommendations.
  • Sanitization Protocols: Enhanced cleaning procedures continue across all facilities. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before being issued to clients.
  • Client-Site Compliance: Our team will adhere to all site-specific health and safety protocols, including those that may involve proof of vaccination or other protective measures.

To help us plan effectively and ensure smooth service delivery, we kindly request that any on-site protocols or special requirements be communicated at the time of scheduling. This helps us allocate appropriate time and staffing, and prevents delays or the need for rescheduling.

When working with D.E. Systems staff, we ask that you continue to respect and follow any applicable safety protocols, such as masking or distancing, as required.
